Who is responsible

What we collect

• Orders. When you buy, Paddle.com processes your payment as Merchant of Record and shares with us what we need to deliver the book: your email address, customer ID and order number. We never see your full card details.
• Delivery. We store your order, your email address and a private download token so we can send you the files. The download link works for 10 days and allows up to 15 downloads of each file.
• Server logs. Our host records standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.
• On your device. The free preview saves your reading position, theme and text size in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to us. We use no tracking cookies.

Who processes data for us

Paddle.com (payments, tax, invoices, refunds), Railway (website hosting), Cloudflare (domain and private file storage), Resend (download emails).

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Download links stop working after 10 days. You can ask us to delete your order data at any time, unless we are required by law to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@calmagainbook.com. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.
