Our policy

14-day full refund. If the book isn’t right for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked, even if you have already downloaded the files.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download has started with your express consent and acknowledgement at checkout. Our 14-day refund promise above applies regardless, so you can still ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Use paddle.net to find your order and contact Paddle, our reseller, or write to support@calmagainbook.com with the order number from your receipt. Refunds are paid by Paddle.com to your original payment method. Access to the download ends when a refund is issued.
